Juan was awesome. He arrived on time. Thanks for calling ahead of time. He explained what services he would provide afterwards he provided a summary of results. We have rodents and traps. His efficiency, customer service, and ability to communicate effectively with me was very important. I highly appreciate and recommend Juan.

There were great! There were able to come out the day after I called and got rid of the yellow jacket nest in our back yard right away. Aaron was wonderful! He took time to explain everything and was super friendly. The price seemed fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Pointe Pest Control.

Milton did an excellent job with our pest control service. He arrived on time, was very polite, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. He was thorough in treating both the inside and outside of the house and made sure to address all of our concerns

Tyler arrived within the scheduled window, was thorough, explained what he was doing and what I should do between treatments, and was very friendly and professional. This was my initial home treatment so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the treatment but Tyler was great! Thank you!

Cliff with Pointe Pest Control always does an amazing job! He goes the extra mile to ensure we have everything we need to remain pest free, from laying and checking our mouse traps to taking down spider webs. He even alerted us to a stray dog taking shelter under our deck, wanting to make sure we were safe when we got home! We appreciate his services greatly!
