Gene's Appliance AC & Heating

Through two husbands and five houses, I have always used Gene’s Appliance and they have been wonderful. During the summer of 2025, we had several days of extremely hot weather and our central air unit quit working. After calling the office on a Friday night, Rick, the owner, showed up Saturday morning. I was very impressed with such fast service. Ultimately, we had another unit installed in the upstairs of our home and Gene’s did that work for us too. I am a real neat freak, but I should not have worried because the workers were very careful and kept things very tidy, and there was a minimum of mess. I recently had my AC replaced by Gene's and the entire process was flawless. Service tech Mark did an excellent job determining my issue and installers Mike and Layne did an excellent job installing my new equipment. I would definitely recommend Gene's for all heating and cooling purchases and repairs!

Rick and his team did an outstanding job installing a new AC and furnace at my daughter’s house. They worked very efficiently and kept the work site clean. They got the entire new system installed between 8 am and 3 pm. They even had to do additional work given they were updating the furnace to a high efficiency system which meant running PVC to vent the unit outside the house. The total price was competitive.

Gene's just did a total system replacement for me & I'm very happy with the results! This was a big job, and these guys knocked it out and did quality work. Thanks guys!

The best craftsmanship and group of family people you will ever meet . They got my furnace and air conditioner in and done by 3:00 pm I really enjoyed meeting and talking to them . I would recommend them very highly on and heating and air conditioner service .
