Start to finish, every staff member did a great job. I appreciated the fast response and recommendations from Dan Urcoli; I was unaware of some issues with my favorite tree which he noticed and recommended treatment. For the specific issue I needed to have fixed - reducing a japanese maple growing too close to the house and a very large row of hydrangeas which were growing into the maple tree - Dan showed me how they would reduce and thin the maple so I would have a better idea of how it would look. I had to delay some of the work to let my row of hydrangeas finish the season - the admin staff was very helpful in keeping informed about timing. My wife and I have used Bartlett Tree Experts for a number of years and fully intend to continue. The results are obvious to anyone who drives past our yard. Bartlett have saved at least three major trees which are now some of the strongest on the property. I have used Bartlett Tree Experts for a number of years now. I first contacted them when I looked at my 34 year old+ lilac bushes and knew they needed professional help or they would not be around much longer. Cassandra came and knew immediately what the problems were and made recommendations. It was then I realized the importance of maintaining the health of all my trees and bushes. Bartlett wrote up a plan which was then executed. Every year a new plan is proposed, depending on the health of the plants. Based on the compliments I receive from neighbors walking by confirms I made the right decision.
