Bartlett Tree Experts

Our condo association used them once and they were great. We hired them a second time and they were terrible. They finally showed up months later and didn't complete the work. Then came back and cut down a tree, rather than a branch on a different tree. They said they would come back and finally said they would arrive on a Friday. We made special arrangements to be there to make sure no errors would occur and they never showed up. They charge a lot of money, so I would expect they would do better.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Bartlett Tree experts. We had a representative from Bartlett come to our house in July 2021. He gave us an estimate for pruning 2 trees. He told us it would be scheduled for Feb/ March 2022. We signed the contract on line and waited. And waited...and waited. After numerous calls and emails we were told they were behind and probably wouldn't get to us till fall 2022 . we cancelled. Very poor customer service.

Congratulationas to Bartlett Tree Service I had six enormous river birches removed today. The crew from Bartlett did an outstanding job. The trees were gone and the cleanup was terrific. Except for the trees you would never have been able to tell that they had been here. Great Job David Bloomfield Mashpee, MA

Amazingly professional and thorough tree removal! The lawn looked like it had been vacuumed when they were done. The trees were a hazard to the house and the crew removed them without a bit of damage. The only thing that could have been better was the scheduling communication - that's small potatoes compared with the awesome tree work!

Peter Hanlon was very capable anx engaging. He correctly diagnosed problem with my cherry tree abd scheduled a deep root feeding which worked miraculously.
