Terrible service. Don’t return phone calls or emails. William Buckley misdiagnosed my tree issues several times and then never followed up on next possible treatments. Tree not likely to survive. Do not recommend.

The field rep came to inject my trees, but after walking my property and the road looking for nests he suggested treating only 1 of 12 trees. He was professional, courteous, and honest, and so was the office staff. Bartlett is truly a company of professionals who aim to do what is best for both the trees and the customers. It is truly a pleasure to work with them!

Very professional service! We were told ahead of time exactly what needed to be done and why and received an itemized quote. The work was done in a timely manner. Workers were very professional and friendly, and the debris was completely cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend this company for any tree work!

This company does not return phone calls, does not call you before arriving, charges more than competitive tree removal companies. After getting a quote in April 2021, it was 5 months before they did the work, never called before arrival, entered my house when I was not home, locked my dogs in the house for hours without any communication, took down trees that were marked by another tree company and have a condescending attitude when conducting business. Choose another company. This company doesn't belong in Maine; know how to speak with Maine clients; overpriced and underserved.

When part of our neighbor's tree fell on our garage, they responded that day to remove the branch and returned much sooner than expected to remove the rest of the tree which was leaning in and some others. All in time to avoid a pending storm! Very professional even managing to cut down a tree without damage to a couple new shrubs surrounding it.
