I have been a regular customer because I value quality in advice and services, and quick responses. I have had emergency tree removal services (most recently December, 2025), planned tree removal (including one that was over 50 feet tall), tree plantings, tree cabling, and regular inspections and assessments. Josh has been my go to guy, and I trust his recommendations and advice. Josh presents prices that I think are fair, and quite reasonable for the quality provided. I have had fly by nights offer to work for me while they "are doing work around the corner", but if you want reliable, consistent, trustworthy care for your surroundings, you want Josh and Bartlett.

If you're lucky enough to be in the region that Allen Blake and his teams oversee, you'll get expert knoweldge and advice, clear contracts, service when promised, and world-class-nice crews who work safely and well and leave your yard clean. Most of my neighbors have received my recommendation for their services. In a world where one is often disappointed by what is labeled as a "service economy," genuinely good service is the gold standard. This team is golden!

Bartlett Tree Experts in Simsbury have been our "tree people" for many years providing honest and comprehensive attention. Our contact is Mike DeSanto, who is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Every crew which has provided services is excellent, gracious and accommodating. We just had extensive tree triming and pruning and the crew was precise and thorough. The clean up following the tree work is always immaculate. In previous years, Bartlett has cabled trees on our property and removed trees. We do an annual or twice annually evaluation of our particular property. Outstanding arborists and we highly recommend Bartlett!

I recently had tree work done by Bartlett on 3 trees. Josh and his crew listened to my concerns & requests and followed them to to the tee. The crew were polite & professional & all their work was done without breaking a single branch of the many shrubs planted around the area. They cleaned up while chipping all the branches and my yard was so cleaned up you wouldn't even know they were here except for the well pruned trees. I was also pleased with the cost. I had expected it to be 3 times what I was quoted. Several if my neighbors have since asked for their card as they also were impressed with their work.

I had a great experience with Bartlett. My contact was Allen Blake. Allen was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable on everything to do with trees. He recommended a nice tree that I needed for the front of our house. He came out to check on the tree after it was planted without me asking. Anytime I called him with a question or concern he would come right over to my house. Allen is a great representative for Bartlett!
