Highly recommend!! They were prompt, reliable, worked with the insurance company, kept me informed every step of the way. Love my beautiful new, neat and tidy roof! Please see before photos of the patching around chimneys and vents I had hired last year about this time and the clean and snug new version the roofers did.

I can't reccomended Rhino-Back enough. It started when a representative came to my door and explained what the company did (inspection roofs for damage, and assist in getting the roof repaired/replaced by insurance). I knew I needed a roof as shingles had blown off during a storm in 2023. The entire process from the call to insurance 10-3-25 to the completion of my roof 11-26-25. Literally a month and a half. The communication was EXCELLENT!! The calls and emails regarding the next steps was exceptional. I spoke with three different people (each one having a different role in the process). They ordered the dumpster, obtained the permit, ordered all the supplies and did a fabulous job cleaning up. Roof was completed in one day, and that's including replacing 31 sheets of plywood. Mark and the Alpha Crew Install Team was on time, professional, answered all questions and quickly installed our new roof on house and garage. Protected belongings and cleaned up around house for debris and nails! This install crew improved the look of our home and garage after taking care of issues that existed!

Mitch, the crew manager, was so thorough, informative, and accommodating. The crew worked on a very cold day which was so impressive. Everyone was so thorough with clean up. They came back two times to double check that they didn’t miss anything! Also, dumpster and job material drop off and pick up was quick and smooth. We have been in need of a new roof for quite some time now, but was just one of those things that kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Thanks to Mitch with Rhino Back, we finally got our new roof yesterday (10/23/2025), and we couldn’t be happier! The job was done in one day, which was a huge benefit for us since we have a lot of animals. I was home the entire day and have to say the entire crew was phenomenal and I was really impressed! They definitely put the extra effort in to work as quietly as possible, I was expecting a lot more noise. Having parrots that are easily spooked by loud noises, that was extremely appreciated. I was able to have all of the birds out of their cages like a normal day. And then their overall organization and work efficiency was a 12/10 hands
