Fast Professional Service and reasonable pricing. Furnace died on a Monday and called Valley right at closing time. Estimate on a Tuesday. Install Trane HE furnace on Wednesday. The crew who installed or remarkably professional. Based upon my research, the price they charged was a very reasonable for the unit they installed, and particularly relative, to what other places were charging from lesser furnaces. What more could you ask for? In my time here in Simsbury, I’d always perceived Valley air conditioning and heating as a large contractor who would not be very customer friendly. Instead, they acted like they were a little guy trying to do anything to to make the customer happy. A lost approach these days. I would use them again in an instant.

After our boiler completely failed due to frozen pipes, we were left in a very stressful situation, facing the cold winter without heat. They came out quickly to inspect the issue, clearly explained what happened, and guided us through the replacement process with honesty and patience. We hired Valley Air for an offseason replacement of our AC system. They scheduled the work quickly- and on installing noticed a very large dangerous issue with our furnace. The team quickly switched gears to replace our furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. We couldn't be more grateful for the valley air team in how they handled everything for us. During the recent cold snap we started to have a problem with our furnace and called Valley Air Conditioning and Heating.  Tyler and Dylan came out to diagnose the problem.  Rather than put money into a 30 year old furnace, we decided to replace it with a Trane.  Tyler reviewed our set up, and we were given a quote the next morning that we accepted.  The furnace was ordered, came in the next day and was installed 2 days later. The installation crew of Nate, Colin, Dave and Dylan worked all day and didn’t even break for lunch.  They were able to resolve all of the curveballs that they were thrown during the install.  They did a wonderful job, and we appreciate their hard work to complete the job by the end of the day.
