This company is great….very professional! Excellent customer service, fair prices and good work!

Bartlett has been in business on the East end for years and provide both professional and timely service. They are a little more expensive in their pricing but you always receive service that is both quick and efficient. I've used them for three years now and have been very happy with the results.

The staff was very accommodating and very knowledgeable, both the arborist and the person doing the spraying. However, there was a misunderstanding about how many different treatments were necessary. I was told two would be necessary and paid up for the complication. In reality only one was actually applied. Also the person applying the treatment didn't have clear instructions on which plants to treat. Had I not been there to correct it, some of my trees would not have been sprayed. Good intentions and good advice, sloppy execution.

Bartlett Tree has been maintaining our trees for a few years now. We have had several tree “emergencies” and they were very responsive, and saved two trees by cabling them. Patty Piotrowski is our arborist and she has a wonderful feel for how the trees should look!

The expensive treatment this company recommended for my diseased trees made them worse, not better.
