I’m a repeat and very satisfied customer of Bartlett Tree Experts, and I wanted to recognize the excellent crew (Shane, Salvador, and Fernando!) who trimmed our two trees (a willow oak and a black gum) on February 12, 2026. Despite lingering snow and ice on the ground, the team worked efficiently, carefully, and safely. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed by their thoughtfulness in moving our next-door neighbor’s patio furniture to ensure that no fallen branches would cause any damage. That extra level of care and consideration truly stood out. I have used Bartlett Tree Experts several times. My recent service the crew of Marvin, Andrew & Joaquin did a great job trimming & pruning my Lilac, Japanese Maple, Laurel and Viburnums that is keeping them in good growth health. I also appreciate them explaining what work was performed and answering any questions I had.

Just wanted to thank you, and the Bartlett Team, for the great work last Saturday. Everything looks great. Our neighbors seem happy. Oscar was very responsive and kept us informed. He said the remaining parts of the triple trunk oak tree looked very healthy when the guys were way up there. He checked the cable in the tree, which was great. I was especially happy when he volunteered that he had done so and that it was fine. I requested and the Team left me some long branches to replenish the outline of the walkway in the natural part of the back yard. Since Bartlett Tree has been caring for my azaleas they have been flourishing. The staff are experienced and adept at diagnosing any problems and remedying them. Shane has done most of the fertilizing and treatments for insects and root rot at my property. He is very thorough and explains each treatment before he begins.
