Terrible communication and not professional. Let me begin by saying this company installed my heating and cooling unit in my house, so I wanted them to come back out and service the system since they installed it. I called to have a issue reviewed that is covered under warranty. After a few phone calls back and forth and what happened to be the final conversation, I was told that they would charge me an outrageous amount of money to come for the service call and cover transportation fees. The individual was not happy my system was covered under warranty. This individual screamed at me and told me to go somewhere else and hung up the phone on me. Needless to say, my husband and I called another service technician with another company who was highly professional and highly knowledgeable. Af

I will agree they are not always the fastest, but Rob does such detailed work. He makes sure all the little details are taken care of the way he buttons it all up. You can tell he really cares about his work so I say it’s worth the wait and the prices are fair

Was given a verbal price for them to come back and do more work .when they arrived he wanted to charge me $100 more .he said a verbal price from him means nothing .I should have got it in writing! He charged me for an extra hour and didn't even use that time ! Never recomend them after years of loyalty

Does not value your time. I suggest researching and finding a more reliable business for your plumbing and heating needs. Called on Monday, May 20, 2024 and spoke with the owner. Explained the problem and scheduled an appointment for service 4 days later for Friday, May 24, 2024. On Thursday May 23, 2024, I attempted to contact him to confirm our appointment was still on track. Left a message and never returned my call. On Friday, the day of the scheduled appointment I attempted to contact multiple times and left multiple messages: no response, not even a call with an explanation. I took off work to have my time disrespected. It’s unfortunate these businesses feel they can treat people this way without any consideration. Be ware. I’d hate for anyone else to experience this.

Barton’s team did all of the HVAC and plumbing in my house including radiant heat in the floor. I acted as my own GC and I’m certain that I was not as efficient to deal with as the contractors they’re used to. They did what they said, when they said, to the highest possible standard and at an exceptionally reasonable price. I have and will continue to highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone who asks.
