Basement Technologies

The other night when we had the heavy rain my alarm pump was beeping. I went down and checked it and a green and red light were flashing. I decide to call busy dog at 4am. With in the hour, I received a call back and tech went over what was going on. He told me that everything was ok and the pump was doing what it should be doing. It was a relief hearing it from him. Two days later ironically had my annual maintenance scheduled, Zaren was the tech and was on time. He checked the system and told me what he did and that everything was working properly. He explained to me what a could do if the lights were blinking and explained how the system works. Zaren was very professional and he was very careful to clean his feet as it was snowing. He was a gentleman and I hope to get him next Year.

Saviors after several basement floods. They arrive once a year and check to make sure batteries are good and the pumps are functioning optimally. Jesse our maintenance man was very courteous and professional. I would never build a house without installing their system.

Hired this company to waterproof my basement.. during their work they mixed concrete in my driveway and they splattered wet concrete all over the side of my newly painted house when mixing it. Left it that way and took off... after my complaint, they came back to "fix" it by rubbing the paint off the house. I had to pay the painting company a few thousand to come repair the damage, and then spent over a year fighting Busy Dogs aka Basement Technologies to have the money reimbursed for their shoddy work. It required me calling and complaining nearly every day for months, and even though I finally got a written agreement that they would pay the amount of damage their negligence caused, they still had the nerve to ask me if I would split the costs with them, and then delayed on sending the p

Mozard has been coming to my house regularly each year for a checkup. He is polite, courteous and knowledgeable about his job. Today he was here for about 40 minutes, completing the diagnostics and changing the battery. It gives you peace of mind that things will be good for another year.
