ND takes care of our landscaping and snow removal here at Parker River Landing in Georgetown. They have done an incredible job this winter keeping our roads, sidewalks and walkways clear with the large storms we have had. They worked all hours of the night to allow us access to and from our homes. Great job!

As a Facility Manager for a company located in Ipswich, we have been utilizing ND Landscaping for several years for snow and grounds maintenance services. Unfortunately, our recent experience during a long-duration snow event in the area was very disappointing. Their Snow Removal Team did not keep up with the storm, and our lot remained uncleared and unsafe for extended periods of time, creating concerns for both employees and visitors. Proper attention and timely service were clearly lacking during a critical time when reliable snow removal was essential. Communication was also frustrating. Attempts to reach out through their 24-hour “Snow Line” and with the crew on site were not very helpful, and our requests and concerns did not seem to be addressed in a timely or professional manner.

I am a Facility Manager for a company in the Cherry Hill Industrial Park in Beverly. We have been utilizing ND Landscaping for many years. We recently had a long duration snow event in the area and their Snow Removal Team was top notch with clearing and having our lot safe for our employees and visitors that week. They are always receptive and professional to correspond with when we had a request or concern both with their 24 hour "Snow Line" and the crew on site. I highly recommend ND Landscaping to my fellow FM's for all your Facility's snow and grounds maintenance needs.

This company is contracted to do snow removal/landscaping at Jefferson Estates in Haverhill MA, where my mother resides. She lives on a somewhat out of the way side street, that is out of view of the rest of the parking lot, and it goes completely neglected by the workers, and they use it to take their breaks/stand around to do nothing because they’re out of the view of their supervisor. Multiple large snowstorms in a row have resulted in my mom calling me to dig her car out because the workers have refused her and even made things considerably worse by piling snow up around her car. She is nearly 70 and her and many other seniors live here and are consistently put in a dangerous position because of their lack of caring or willingness to do their job. I would understand if they had a limit

We engaged ND to design and construct a landscape rejuvenation project. They factored in our input, developed a pleasing plan and carefully constructed the project in what was a difficult area - there were several shallow utility lines and cables in the project area.Their crew was pleasant, did excellent work, sought our approval as the job progressed and answered our questions. We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did and the look of our new landscaping - especially the ornamental walkway and plant lighting. We highly recommend them. Wayne & Lois Williams
