Susan deserves a raise! Basin was part of major construction taking place on the road along the Feather River during the annual whitewater festival this year, and they were very accommodating. Susan was especially helpful, and a joy to be around. She clearly knows her stuff, and made the experience safe and fun. She was also very patient with us, despite us all clearly being in the way while having our fun, with everyone else working hard around us. 🦺
