I was hoping they would be able to come the next week, but Adham & Rick both came out same day to assess the house. They both were so kind, knowledgeable & helpful! Rick was very outgoing & is very knowledgeable about his job. He asked about what issues we were having & made a game plan on how we can prevent the pests for coming back. He assured me that he would make sure the pests, especially spiders would be taken care of & if not that he would come back & reassess.
