A lot of furniture here that you can walk around and see with your own eyes before buying. You can't do that when buying online.

Purchased a high end name brand loveseat/sleeper sofa. Cost.is what i expected for that name brand. When it was delivered, the way the fabric was attached to the frame screamed cheap, not what I would expect from a top name brand. It was stapled to the frame in a very amateur fashion. The padding on the rolled arms was uneven. Looks like it was done in house but folks who don't know what they are doing.

Got some good stuff from here. They are friendly as well and deliver.

I'm very disappointed with Furniture Depot. My grandparents bought a lift chair, which cost almost $2000 and the Motor on it quit working. My grandmother calls them and a couple of guys came to check it out. They stated they were going to order a new motor. She ask them how long would it take to get it. He said about 2 weeks. My grandpa depends on this chair to get up and down due to knees and falls. They have now waited a month. My grandmother called to see what the problem was and they told her they don't order the part until they need 4 or 5, cause just one gets beat up in the mail. A lift chair is bought because someone relied on. I don’t recommend doing business here! At this point they are just waiting on more broken lift chairs, ridiculous!

Drove from Redding to shop for a recliner. When I asked for a specific brand of chair, the sales person wanted to argue about the brand name, even though I had a picture and brand information on my phone. This person then rudely informed me that he was leaving in two minutes and he needed to close the store. At this point, even if this store had the perfect chair and was giving it away, I would not purchase any from this store!
