We had central air installation via basio...the work crew was polite and efficient...they previously installed a new furnace and now central air. Both experiences thus far were good.

Very disappointed with the service. A technician named James came out to repair two toilets. The next morning, I discovered significant water damage in the bathroom due to a large puddle—caused by bolts that were not properly tightened or sealed. The baseboards were ruined as a result. I had also requested they address a minor leak in the main bathroom waterline, which I just confirmed was never properly fixed. Overall, the service was careless and incomplete. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and attention to detail.

After moving to London Mills, one problem is getting service here. After having bad luck with Canton plumbers I called Basio and what a great experience. Great service along with great price, I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend this company.

Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He was helpful and courteous. He explained exactly what he did and why. The price was fair and service was prompt. We highly recommend Basio’s.

We had a new bathroom put in recently by a contractor, Ryan Earp, who did an excellent job, who used Basio Plumbing for all the plumbing work. Basio sent Cade to do the work. He was a very nice individual with a great personality/smile and did a great job. I would highly recommend Ryan Earp for a contractor and Basio for a plumber. You will be very pleased with their work.
