Appalled with the service my mother received recently. She was charged an excessive house call which is way out of range for a rural county ; just to be advised a directional turn of a knob for the appliance fixes the problem. Shame on you!

The repair guy was spot on,he came on time with everything needed and fixed my stove in a matter of minutes, he also informed me that he's business is totally separate from the other bass repair business in other cities which people give those guys bad reviews.figured I would throw that out there to clear things up for the people that think they are the same businesses. I would call the bass repair guy from Whiteville again if needed most definitely.

THERE IS ANOTHER BASS APPLIANCE IN NORTH CAROLINA THAT HAS NO RELATION TO ME AND THAT MUST BE WHO THE REVIEWS ARE MEANT FOR SINCE THOSE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT EVEN IN MY SERVICE AREA. PLEASE DON'T HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR BAD REVIEWS THAT ARE NOT MEANT FOR ME. THANK YOU.

I have a 2020 Maytag washer and dryer. I also have an extended warranty on both appliances. My washer stopped spinning so I called and scheduled a service for it. The man came out for 5 mins told me my washer had a lot of problems and was gonna see what warranty people wanted to do. Weeks later I still heard no word I called to find out my washer was not going to be fixed because he told them I had roaches in my control board part of the washer and voided my warranty that I paid $700 dollars for. So I called another service man and he had my washer working in 5 mins. A wire fell off a component under the washer. Don't do business with bass they don't know what they're doing and it has cost me my warranty. The warranty won't even cover my dryer now and it had nothing to do with the washer.

Do not do business with them. They charged us $160 to come to our house, which is no more than 15 miles away to service our refrigerator because it wasn’t cooling. Just to have this man in our house for five minutes lay down, look at the front, and say “There’s nothing I can do to repair it. You’re better off buying a new one.” And left. Awful business.
