A very helpful staff. My little brother came in to get some estimates for his Eagle Scout Project. The nice lady at the front desk, Karli Woodard, helped my brother for probably a solid hour on pricing and perhaps even an opportunity for discounts on his project. It was overall a very welcoming and knowledge-gaining experience for all involved parties. I would 100% recommend for anyone with stone and mortar needs.

Customer service was a joke. I can't speak for everyone that works there but the person that "helped" me was struggling. In her defense she seemed high and didn't have a grasp of what was going on. There was little knowledge of the product I was looking for and at one point I was handed a catalog to find it on my own. Checking out was a three person ordeal that took multiple attempts. When the training session was over I was told I could expect delivery in 7-10 day. I called back 14 days later only to be informed that my order hadn't been placed. Very frustrating.

Every time I walk into this companies, beautiful building I’m always met with professionalism and a timely answer on any question. I have truly never had a bad experience with anyone in the building always super helpful. Would recommend to anybody.

Excellent selection of brick, stone, and pavers. Customer service was solid all five times that ive been there! They each give good advice to improve your project/ make it easier(in my case DIY) Pat has done a great job each time ive needed loading at the back lot. The man is a natural in that bobcat! Great job all of you!
