Bath Fitter

Joe and John did a wonderful job. We had some plumbing issues that delayed the installation of our new shower but once we had those resolved, they came in quickly and had our shower up in one day. It is so much cleaner and brighter (see photos), and Joe and John were great; very professional but friendly. We especially appreciated their covering the floor throughout the house. We highly recommend them. A couple weeks earlier, Ryan and Joe redid the downstairs shower because of an issue with the floor. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased with their work!

John was our installer and did a fabulous job. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire install. It was a 12 hour day for John and he remained focused the entire time driven to get the job done! Great job John!

We are so pleased with the job Bath Fitter did in our bathrooms. We had the tub/shower replaced in both our bathrooms in the same week. John S. did all the work. He was professional, pleasant, paid attention to detail and answered all of our questions. His work is phenomenal and I would recommend him and his office out of Auburn NH. to anyone looking for a good quality product. We love our bathrooms now.....good bye to the old and faded tub/shower. We thought that Bath Fitter only did tub over tub repairs, but were pleasantly surprised they do complete tear outs and replacements. They also guarantee their work. We had a walk in shower installed by John last week. He did an amazing job, and completed it in less than seven hours. He was friendly, neat and hauled away the ugly 40 year old tub/shower and all the other debris. The bathroom is now absolutely stunning. Thank you John! Our initial meeting with the sales representative Drew was easy. He was very helpful in assisting us in choosing exactly what we needed and wanted. The only thing we had to do for installation was open the door to let John in. He took care of everything else. We are so pleased and highly recommend Bathfitter.

I would give more than five stars if I had the option for Bath Fitters, out of Auburn, New Hampshire. From the initial consultation with Jay, where he itemized every single thing on the contract to the lifetime warranty, to the day of install. We had John and Andrew as our installers. We went from a tub to a shower enclosure. Their work was immaculate. They came in, laid down covering on our floors and went straight to task and within 8 hours we had a spanking new shower enclosure with a lifetime warranty. Everything was top of the line from the materials to the install. I am thrilled with this company. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters to any family or friends looking for a bathroom redo.
