Had 4 different companies come for a whole house Generac standby generator estimate. JN Electric beat everyone some by $8,000. Needless to say Joe from JN Electric got the job. The estimate was done at the end of January and I was up and running at the beginning of February. His crew made everything effortless for me. They began work right after a snowstorm and used heated blankets to thaw the ground to dig the trenches. It was pretty amazing to watch. They ran natural gas lines and built the generator pad they definitely know what they are doing. I found this company online. From the second they pick up the phone. They were truly professional and accommodating. The service tech came out Alex this afternoon, extremely professional and courteous. They worked on my Generac generator. He found a handful of problems with it, and I took care of it for affair and reasonable price. I also signed up for the monitoring for the cellular service. Definitely recommend this company top-notch.

Fantastic company! We had our Generac generator serviced in the past, and had negative experiences with two other companies, but today (10/24/25) Alex from JN came out, and we were very impressed with his knowledge of our Generac! He was informative answering all of our questions, professional and down to earth friendly. He serviced our unit, replaced an old battery, and had our system functioning perfectly!
