Let me tell you how good-hearted Dave Brien and his wife are - I needed the date of the well pump install Dave and his daughter did for me (what a great team!) so I could disclose it for my home sale. Because of course I'm an unorganized jerk and couldn't find it right away. So they set about looking for the record of service, and when I came across it 2 hours later, and called him with my hat in hand, he was an absolute gentleman about it. Wonderful, honest, comoetent people. Thank you Dave!

My water stopped pumping on a Friday afternoon. I called Dave at Phil Brien Water Wells. He came at 4pm and diagnosed the pump had failed. He gave me an estimate and plan. Dave came back Saturday morning and replaced the pump...300' deep in 3 hours by himself. Very professional. knowledgeable, courteous, patient and polite. I never expected water to be back in under 24 hours!!! I had used Dave's services in the past and will not ever call anyone else. I recommend Phil Brien Water Wells for anyone that needs repair. Our well pump and pressure tank failed one night leaving us without water. Dave was able to get to us within 24 hours and replace what needed replacing. He explained what needed to be done at every step, his pricing was fair, and he cared enough to prioritize getting us back into working shape. Dave was fantastic. My experience was terrific. Dave picked up my first call and was never pushy or annoyed by all my questions. When I called him back to book an appointment, he picked up again, got me on the books, showed up exactly on time and left no mess when he was done. I'm writing this review because of the absolute honesty and integrity I felt from Dave from our first call through when he completed his work.

Dave came out and checked out our pump gave us a quote on Friday and as planned he came first thing Monday morning to do the job.He had to convert our pump to a jet. He is extremely knowledgeable. He showed up with his son Erik . They are both great guys. Honest & efficient. Job was done same day. Our basement is a nightmare. Dave went down. Installed a new pressure pump and plumbing. His son was working on the pump outside. They are a dynamite team. The finished the job the same day. Everyone told me the job was to big to complete in the same day. Well, not for this team.
