Final results were great. Less than 2 weeks from quote to install. Our installer, Tim T, was polite, engaging, informative and kept us abreast on every step of the install. He provided helpful tips, beyond just the shower (plumbing). Clean up after the job was perfect.

I hired Bath Fitter to replace an old shower in a bathroom that had been closed off for 40 years. It's a 1950s house and the shower is probably from the 1950s or 1960s. This is the second time I've hired Bath Fitter to install a new shower. This most recent shower replacement is stellar and I couldn't be more happy. Their installer Brett K who was courteous and professional arrived promptly at 8 am Tuesday 9/30 and worked diligently all day and by 4 pm I had a brand new shower. It's so clean and glossy! It is a small half-shower about 34 inches wide and in a very tight spot in the corner of the bathroom which is small, and Brett was able to maneuver past the narrow quarters and install everything beautifully. We are so absolutely pleased with our new Bath Fitters bathtub and wall. Our bathroom hasn’t had an upgrade in 27 years. We are so glad we chose to go with Bath Fitters for our upgrade, no mess left behind just a beautiful new bathroom. Brandon did an amazing job and was very professional. Our technician (Brett) arrived as planned at 8:30a. By the end of the day he had removed the old tub, moved the pluming, installed the shower basin, and put the wall board up. 3 inspections were done day one, all virtual. To say that he was meticulous would be an understatement. Brett made sure the job site was cleaner than when he arrived. When he left at the end of day 1, if he had not left some of his tools you would not have known anyone was working that day. On day 2, he again arrived at 8:30a. He prepped the walls, installed the surround and corner shelf unit and installed the plumbing hardware. Bottom line Brett was great, the process was seamless and the value was outstanding.
