We just completed a 2nd bathroom upgrade. This time we replaced a bathtub/shower. Again, the project was completed in a timely manner - 2 days - in a high quality manner. My previous recommendation is now 2 X. Read previous post below. Working with Bath Fitter was an absolute delight, The company exceded our expectations. Company representatives were punctual, professional, and efficient at each stage of the engagement.. The sales consultant met us within 3 days of our initiating contact with the office. Recently had Bath Fitter NW convert our tub/shower, into a walk in shower! What an amazing experience from beginning to end! The consultant was very helpful in meeting our customized needs! The installer, Randal, was fantastic! He was very efficient, and did a job that met my needs! When confronted with an unforeseen problem, he immediately notified me, confirmed with his supervisor regarding the fix, and gave me a quote for additional cost. All’s well that ends well! This was our third bath fitter project and I couldn’t be happier!

The sales consultant knew her products and gave us options available. She did so with no pressure and did not give us a timeline like one of their competitors ("agree to the terms by tomorrow or you will lose a discount.") Her measurements of the area was perfect. The technician who took out the old tub did a great job and totally cleaned out the demolition work. The next day the installer did a great job and cleaned up all of his work. We have had the shower for four months or so and love it. High quality materials and installation. They did it for a price about half of their major competitors who also gave us a bid. We plan on replacing a tub in the future and will use Bath Fitter without question. We also love the life time guarantee that is transferrable. Thank you, Bath Fitters!

Estimate was fast and accurate. Our products arrived within 2 weeks of our estimate. Our shower was slotted for a 2 day timeframe and was complete in 1 day. Installers were professional and did a fantastic job. Worth every cent considering they do demo, move plumbing and install. Love our new shower!
