I had my bathroom shower redone in May of 2025. They finished in one day but stated that the shower door will be delivered in two weeks. Cristi, the Dutchess County manager lied to me several times. The two weeks came and I was waiting for the delivery. They never came. After multiple attempts to speak to Cristi, she answered the phone and said that the door would be delivered another 3 weeks later. Three weeks later after multiple attempts to call her, the door arrived. It was damaged and cheap looking. I spoke to Cristi again and she stated that a new door would arrive on August 1. I called on July 31 multiple times to confirm that the delivery was going to happen. After calling 7 times, she finally picked up the phone and said that the door was not coming until August 15 and that it was

Just had a liner put in. They canceled twice and tried to reschedule a 3rd time. I insisted they come that day because my baby NEEDED a bath tub and no surprise that they rushed the job. Super messy/uneven caulk around the tub. Caulk has to be scraped off my floor. They cracked the tub tile. And, they made a “preexisting” leak worse…it was never leaking before… I would not use them again.

Logan came out to replace the drain on our 8 year old Bath Fitter tub enclosure. He was entirely professional and capable and fixed our issue with expert results. Nice to know that this company stands behind its products. Thanks Logan!! And did I mention there was no charge?
