Derrell Daniel was an exceptional installer. His attention to detail was way above the norm. He was professional and proficient. Gregory Koch was very personable and knowledgeable as a salesman who has a past history of being an installer. He is also responsive to questions and inquiries. The only shortfall of the process was the decision to NOT have an actual details person (as they did for our 2020 and 2021 installations) come to our house to check that what the salesman wrote on the regulation paperwork was true and accurate. This particular misstep by caused a delay in our project, sent the wrong tub shower set up (eg. Sent a right hand tub spout set up when my tub spout is on the left hand side), sent the wrong shower head pipe diverted set up and required to return to the warehou

Absolutely love the way my shower looks! The installer was respectful of my home and cleaned as he went. He also made sure I had the grab bar and soap dish placed where I wanted it. This has been one of the best experiences I have had from start to finish from any company entering my home to do any work. Kudos Bath Fitters! Also Robert John was a great salesman as he answered all my questions and kept me in the loop of progress the entire time.

I don’t know how or where Bath Fitters was able to find our installer Josiah but it would be in Bath Fitters best interest to do everything in their power to keep him on staff. I have never met a more professional installer in my life that completed projects with the such quality. If I had more bathroom projects Bath Fitters and Josiah would definitely be the ones I would want to do the work.

I got first price quote from WSH, and I wanted to literally kick them out after their absurd pricing, but it was mainly due to the seeming arrogance of the salesperson and/or the doubt that I could afford their product which I definitely could, but the sales agent basically just told me of the material being used and the price. There was absolutely no value built at all as to why I should buy their product, hence why I never considered them. On to Bath Fitter’s rep, Robert John…. Have had (2) Shower conversions completed by bath fitters and would venture to say that the installer Mr. Daniel Diaz performed an outstanding job. He showed up on time and was very professional from the moment he came in the door. Mr Diaz answered my questions using simple explanations and examples to which my wife and I were very satisfied and appreciative. It makes a homeowner feel comfortable and positive with the service given by the company and the Outstanding representative that performed the job to our satisfaction.
