Great experience & great job. I'm very happy with my new shower. Job was done in one day and I had zero clean-up to do. All of the Bath Fitter personnel have been respectful and personable.

I contacted them to redo my walkin shower. It was in need of repair and it was better to take out the existing shower. The sales person came out and made recommendations. He gave me an estimate and time table. The day of the job, 2 men arrived on time and worked all day until they were finished. I love the new shower and how nice it turned out. I recommend Bath Fitters for anything you need done!

We have had Bath Fitter replace the shower/bathtub in both full baths of our house over the course of a few years. We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the product and of their work. About $10,000 to redo my shower and it took about 9 hours. I thought that samed pricey, but given the state of this economy and incoming tariffs... My parents did a shower remodel 5 years ago and it was $7,000. You have to wait 24 hours before taking a shower and 72 hours before putting anything on the shelf. Be prepared as it's going to smell terrible for 3 days. Shower head wasn't installed very well and it started leaking. I actually managed to fix it myself by tightening the screws. Once I'm in the shower everything seems to be working but the leak was concerning. And then I mentioned it to a friend and she said she had the same issue but it got worse and she had to hire a plumber. Going to her. These are just installation technicians not plumbers.
