Weed Man Lawn Care

Hired Weed Man to service my yard this spring. I had a large area in my backyard near my patio that my dogs had largely destroyed over the winter regraded and reseeded. It wasn’t cheap. Before the technician came out the first time I called ahead and stated I will be adding some stakes around the area that was reworked and to not spread pre emergent or sprayed until we had positive growth. I followed this up the next in text when they sent me the information about the visit. Again I was advised they have it in the notes and wouldn’t be treated. Today the technician shows up and promptly sprays and spreads inside the stakes! Hundreds of dollars down the drain. Called the customer service number and basically was told I don’t know what I’m talking about. No resolution. After one treatment I

Fraudulent practice! Beware! We signed up for SEASONAL lawn service last MAY 2025, when they came door to door in our neighborhood. We paid a seasonal rate in ONE payment which they stated would end in November. On Saturday, February 28th of this year, WITHOUT NOTICE, they performed service on our lawn then after the fact they sent an email and billed us. They claim that 'recurring payments/service' was mentioned in the sales call almost a year ago, which we absolutely did not agree on because they are VERY expensive and in no way would we agree to that a year later?! You cannot come onto someone's property and service it then bill someone after the fact! I emailed and told them so, and canceled service but they are claiming we now owe for the service that we did not approve! BUYER BEWARE!

I’ve been really impressed with WeedMan so far! Their responsiveness has been top-notch—any time I have a question or need something scheduled, they get back to me quickly and professionally. Most importantly, my yard is already starting to look amazing. The grass is greener, healthier, and the weeds are disappearing fast. This was the worst service ever and changed way too much. I had weed treatment for a year and the aeration seeding 3 times due to lies and incompetency of technicians. Now with clover weeds all over grass (04/25) and never had any new grass grow from the seeding that was partially done. The rep had the audacity to call me to gain my business back stating he read the notes in my file but he could guarantee a better job. Stay away the techs are incompetent and lazy.
