Raul Ortiz did a fantastic job on the interior and exterior of the house. I recently switched my services from Aptive and feel like I’ll get more value out of Mira’s structured visits. Raul was really informative on the treatments and asked a lot of good questions to ensure he provided the best individual services for us.

Raul did a great job, he explained everything he had done thoroughly, and I am positive we will have a lot less bugs than we did with the previous company we used!! He was very friendly and courteous, and that is not something that is common in today's world, I would suggest you make sure you keep this gentleman happy, because employees are the face of your company, and having been a business owner myself, I know good employees are hard to find, and even harder to keep!!👍👍

Shannon, the Mira tech, did a great job. Personable and professional, he called before arriving on time, explaining precisely his process and then completed his work quickly and effectively. He then gave me a report on what he had done. I definitely recommend this company and this young man.

Tim is very professional and personable. He politely asked if there were any specific issues that he should know about. Since there were none I told him about the dead mouse and we decided to repair the trap and move it to the bay where the mice may be entering. Tim is a pleasure to work with and would be a great mentor for new trainees.
