Nick was a professional…. He introduced himself upon arrival, explained the process and what to expect. His work ethic was amazing. Showed up and worked through. I would highly recommend him and want him when I’m ready to do my second bathroom.

Let's get something out front...sometimes the quick and easy way isn't always the best. Our upstairs bathroom as the original builder grade shower/tub combo. I tried to epoxy everything but the epoxy didn't take and immediately started flaking away. We called Bathfitter and they came out within a couple days. Freddy was very friendly and nice. He was upfront and honest about everything regarding redoing a bathroom. A little over a month later everything came in and the installer was scheduled the next day. Nick came out and was super professional and got right to work. There was even a slight defect in the walls and he drove 1.5 hours each way to pick up new walls. Jamil did an excellent job on the tub to shower conversion. His measurements were precise and his workmanship was excellent. He kept the work area clean and finished in 1 1/2 days. I would highly recommend him.
