Bathfitter representative, Brandon Gaskins, was easy to work when designing our shower replacement. Setting up finance options were easy and fast! We replaced an oversized jetted tub with a full shower. Our installer, Michael Bonin, worked one full day on demo- resetting our drain and completing plumbing; the next day he worked with another crew member to install our new beautiful shower! We love the results and having it all finished in two days was amazing! Michael included us on any impromptu decision-making to ensure that we get the best results. Shower looks wonderful. Michael Bonin was excellent. He even took the time to adjust my door stop so the new glass doors would be protected from the doorknob when opening the bathroom door. That minor detail that I didn't even consider told me a lot about the technician and the company as a whole.

Christopher Rohl and Adam Gundlach did a god job of removing the existing bathtub and installing the walk in shower. They worked diligently, explained operation and care of valve, doors etc. Clean up was impeccable. We are very pleased with the results. The various options offered by Bath Fitter made the tub to shower conversion easy to customize with shelf, grab bars and fold down seat.

Very satisfied with the new shower that Bath Fitter installed. They removed the old tub and put in a walk-in shower. Looks great with no issues. Very pleased with Adam Gundlach. He definitely knew what he was doing and was very professional and courteous at every step. Everything looks great!
