Bath Planet of Central Iowa

The Salesman who came to my home was great. He explained everything to me quite well and offered options and suggestions to the plan I had come up with prior to the appointment. He had samples of different products for me to look at in the bathroom where the work would be completed. He was able to plug in everything I picked out and was able to show me a picture of what the completed work would look like. The installation expert was just that- A REAL EXPERT!! Rob was amazing!! He was very respectful of our home, covered our carpet and carefully carried out the material he tore out in waste bags so as to not leave any debris anywhere. He kept me updated throughout out the day and discussed with me the water damage he found and how he planned to repair. Rob provided before and after picture

We met with Alex after meeting with two other sales reps. Alex was professional, listening to what we wanted, and offered great suggestions. Tanner came today, removed the old tub and installed a new walk-in shower, cleaned up the area all in one day! Both men were very kind and professional.

Our new shower install is beautiful. Bath planet did a wonderful job and it was scheduled so fast. The install only took one day!

My new walk in shower is fantastic. My installers were extremely pleasant and totally professional. They did have a couple problems with some of the construction of my townhome, but handled with true professionalism. The installation was done on time and they cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't tell they were even in the house. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Bath Planet. I wish I could give 6 stars.
