Julian did a wonderful job installing our new tub and shower! I was really impressed with how nice it looked when it was all done. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their bathroom done. The consult with Brian was informative and thorough, the instalation was smooth and the results, amazing!

Julian the installer did a fabulous job of remodeling my bathroom shower and installing a new matching fixture for my sink. He went above and beyond in his work. I would highly recommend them! Their pricing is unbeatable!

Rep came out and gave us a quote. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of me and my wife's questions as this is our first remodel. We are waiting on our materials to arrive and are very excited to get this project taken care of with Baths R Us! Very communicative, timely and they have a great product!

When they came to our house to give us a quote, they tried to strong arm us into giving them money. I told the guy we were getting multiple quotes and wanted to make a decision after we heard all offers. Plus they want half down at the time the quote was given, then the other half at the start of the project. Why would anybody given all of it before the project is even done? They are a terrible, unethical company.

Make sure you read the fine print before signing. If damage is done to the sheet rock or floor tiles while removing old shower, they are not responsible. My fault for not checking first. I will need to repair both the wall and floor after they damaged both. Also, one of the shower bars was installed crooked and the contractor was irritated when I asked him to fix it. Also, the sales rep lost my deposit check, left it in his bag with other potential customers. Thankfully he was able to get it back before the other customers had the opportunity to drain my bank account. Hopefully the product will be worth the trouble I've experienced.
