Xander was amazing, excellent, and exceptional. We brought in a cracked screen on an iPad 9 and he had it all fixed in an hour. Great knowledge and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this location. Five stars.

So happy I discovered Batteries Plus--and met the helpful and friendly Xander! He replaced the battery in my phone in an hour, as promised. I had previously called two local businesses and was routed, via an AI "assistant" to remote call centers so I was unable to check if my battery was in stock before making a 90-minute round trip drive from my small town to the big city. I appreciated that when I called here the phone was answered by a real person who could assure me the battery I needed was available in the store.

I was in your store yesterday looking for a weird lightbulb for a rechargeable lamp. Justin was very helpful and did a bunch of research to help me. I just wanted to give him a shoutout and I hope his boss will see this. Sometimes customer service in any retail establishment these days is lackluster and Justin was the exception. I needed a special battery to be used on vacation. Out of 6 retails that sold them online and a few instore which no one had in stock except Battery Plus had the a few. It made my vacation with my grand children perfect!
