Battino Contracting Solutions

Promised customer, NC Cobra Inc. payment which is owed and was billed in November for 20,000. We had a conference call with Joshua, the owner on November 27, 2018, and to date, no payment for the Cava in Chapel Hill, this conversation was recorded. We have sent several messages regarding payment and no information has been provided. We are a minority owned and operated small company. Our laborers can not be paid until we are paid. Needless to say, there was no Christmas for our laborers but I'm sure as hell that Battino Contracting Solution had a great Christmas.

Same as below they have not payed at all we sent paper work ,have all insurance they asked for still no payment for stucco repairs on Cava Restaurant . this seems to be their MO. We are company in Colorado they are from Virginia if you dont want a lien on your project DO NOT HIRE THEM !!!
