Bauformat Seattle

I strongly regret working with this company. This has been one of the most unprofessional and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had. They ignored almost every email, rarely responded, and now they don’t even answer their phone. My cabinets were delivered — but multiple pieces don’t fit at all. And now that I need them to remake the cabinets, they are completely unreachable. No accountability, no communication, nothing. This company has wasted my time, my money, and my trust. Do not make the same mistake. I am still waiting for someone to reach me for remake of the cabinets.

Update as of 4/22/2025 The cabinets I ordered finally arrived and were installed on January 13, 2025. Despite a few minor hiccups during the final installation, I’m relieved to see this project winding down. I hope I never have to endure such hassle again - and next time, I’ll scrutinize the contract more closely, especially the clauses on delays and responsibilities, before signing. --------------- Update as of 9/29/2024 It's been over three months since my initial review, and the remodeling project is still ongoing. The newly ordered cabinets have yet to be delivered, and I am still waiting for an estimated delivery date, which I hope to receive sometime this week. However, there's still no confirmed work schedule in place. On the bright side, Bauformat has improved their communication

I loved working with Bauformat Seattle on my kitchen and bath remodel. JD, Dave and the entire team are wonderful. JD was so patient with me as I made decisions and changed my mind a few times (before ordering). He worked with me to find items within their line and vendors but also gladly welcomed me bringing outside items like my sink, bathroom mirror, and tile for the kitchen back splash (who is now a vendor of theirs). He was skilled in finding the right colors and design to fit my style. They worked to keep within my budget and their estimate accurately reflected the final cost. The quality of the cabinets is great, no surprises from what is in their showroom and the contractor they hired is a perfectionist - witch caused a delay in finishing but was well worth it for the results. The folks at Bauformat are exceptional--in customer service, the quality of the product, and the ease of the experience of working with them from beginning to end. We are very pleased with the new look of our kitchen and wouldn't hesitate for a second to work with Bauformat again, or to recommend them to family and friends.

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this company is! I Was in the beginning stages of a build out for a retail space. JD and Dave helped me through the process of cabinetry not only for my office and kitchen, but for my show room! The fact that they could do custom colored cabinetry to match my logo and my branding was an instant plus for me. Not only that but their attention to detail, design, and execution was flawless.
