Truck number 183 - 08/27/25 wednesday around 4-5 pm Hey hate to leave a review on the company being that it’s not the company fault however I do expect yall to hold the driver accountable and get him off the streets! Today my wife called me terrified thinking the truck driver white male age looked between 40-60 years of age in truck 183 was driving on the highway leaving Annapolis and there was traffic stop and go. The driver in the work truck was very aggressive beeping his horn looking to crash in her rear . Swerved out of lanes multiple times to give her the middle finger she said she noticed him do it once and she laughed out of fear to avoid conflict and the driver become more aggressive swerving lanes until they got side by side she mention she then was more afraid as the driver

Driving in 5pm rush hour traffic from Annapolis to Baltimore area, the driver in truck 183 was cutting off multiple cars in bumper to bumper traffic, honking excessively at me to move faster when there is no space to go anywhere. Then proceeded to follow me for 20 mins in traffic and flip me off multiple times out of his window. SO UNPROFESSIONAL & UNSAFE! Driver needs to be mentally evaluated asap!!!

Truck #123 @ approx. 7:50am Wednesday morning (1-23-19) Pulls out in front of me after watching me come down the road with plenty of time to pull out before I reached their vehicle. Not a single car behind me either. Proceeds to take two turns with absolutely no indication. Watch driving around these careless morons.

Don’t do many reviews but have to be sure to give Bay Ready a 5 star review. After calling around to multiple larger (and smaller) companies I spoke with a woman Stephanie who was extremely prompt, polite and knowledgeable. After calling at 3pm the day before I needed concrete not only did they provide a much better price than the competition I called and who I have accounts with- they were able to provide next day delivery before noon to help us meet our deadline. Even after a hiccup with payment systems at our bank being down they still were able to assist. We will definitely be doing more business with bay ready because of people like Stephanie. worst and most dishonest company you'll ever encounter. STAY AWAY Cancelled on me the first day the rescheduled the following day at 9 am where they kept moving up the time till first truck finally showed up at 3:30 then left us hanging till after 5:30 pm where it had started to rain. Right away we realized that they have shorted the load and we instantly brought it to there attention , perhaps they had dismissed our claim. Having suffered this ordeal now we are considering our legal option.
