I lived in 2 buildings managed by Baylor over a 5-year period and had a great experience with them. I started in a studio and upgraded to a one-bedroom in another building managed by Baylor. They worked with me on the timing of my move so that it coincided with when the 1BR was ready. They are very responsive to emails and maintenance requests and the maintenance guys are so nice. The buildings are old so I did put in a good amount of maintenance requests during my time with them but they address issues quickly and do what they can to make sure you’re comfortable/taken care of while they’re being fixed. They spray for pest control once a month (I didn’t have any pest issues besides occasional bugs) and they keep the common areas clean. I definitely recommend them.

This is the most amazing property management I have ever seen. They respond to any maintenance issue very quickly. The staff are amazing and nice. Their apartments are affordable and in Greart areas. I'm so grateful for renting from them. I love it. Thanks for all you do Baylor managment.

Here's a place with the potential to encompass every negative stereotype that you have every heard about a contractor in a one stop shop. In my experience, he failed to complete the work contracted, while demanding full payment, overcharged for work outside of the scope, the work performed was repeatedly delayed, poor workmanship, unprofessional behavior. A costly, unpleasant experience.
