He arrived within 30 minutes and did a great job clearing my driveway. Very professional, efficient, and flexible — and his pricing was extremely reasonable, which I truly appreciated. From my first interaction with Chris today, it was clear he is dependable, timely, and takes care in the work he does. I only need occasional snow removal, not a seasonal contract. Most services won’t even consider assisting me. That’s not true of Baypointe. I want to highly recommend Chris from Bay Point Lawn and Snow Plowing. I’m partially disabled due to back and neck injuries, and after the last snowfall my driveway was badly piled up and then froze over. The night before I called Chris, I slipped and fell and hurt myself, so safety was a real concern. After I explained the situation, Chris was at my home within 30 minutes and cleared my driveway. Before coming out, he asked if I wanted the driveway salted. Because I’m on a tight budget and can only work limited hours, I declined. After the job was finished, Chris sent me photos and let me know that he went ahead and salted the driveway anyway at no extra charge. That meant more to me than he probably realizes. It made a real difference in my safety and peace of mind. This was genuine
