BEWARE ! From beginning to end this has been a horrible experience, starting with a rude receptionist. Thaddeus seemed very knowledgeable but that changed quickly. We received an $880 verbal estimate but once the invoice arrived the bill was $1072.00. The parts come much cheaper at LOWES but we went with Bay View because they were going to build a custom gate. After arriving with the materials three days late the next day we observed numerous defects; scratches, dents and markings. And then we discovered the gate was not built custom to fit our agreed size! The width was cut three inches too short. Okay. So we dug up the fence and moved it over to fit the gate. Only to find out he also made the gate too tall! We contacted him and he was very rude. We offered to split the cost of a new gat

We recently had a 6 ft white vinyl privacy fence installed. They were on time, courteous and explained the process. We are very happy with our new fence and the service they provided was excellent! Picture below - neighbor also had fence installed at the same time.

After calling for a quote, they were quick to come out. Thaddeus arrived, but before talking about our fence he was trying to upsell us on his wife's dogs services. The price and timeline of 2 week quotes was reasonable. After taking half the payment right away. We stopped hearing from him. When 2 weeks elapsed, I called and got a lovely receptionist. She said he would call me back. 2 days later and no call. I called back, got the same receptionist and same reply. A day later he did call and said it would be done within 2 weeks and for any reason that it couldn't be, he would call and let me know. 2 weeks later. NOT start NO phone call. We had over 300' of 6' vinyl fence installed. The team showed up when they said they would, finished in 2 days, and did a beautiful job. The material is high quality and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. We are thrilled!
