I called this man up just for a professional opinion on my Goodman Heating & AC since I was having a problem with the original installer. I had a lot of technical questions which usually go unanswered but this guy really surprised me with his desire to help and on the phone no less! I don't know him at all but he was extremely forthcoming with a lot of things that really helped mostly because he was a Goodman dealer. I didn't expect him to tell me anything but he truly overwhelmed me with his response and in this business this usually means he's a pretty good installer and trustworthy.
