My wife turned to Facebook for recommendations when we were faced with a major plumbing problem, a pipe buried in the concrete of our second story bathroom had ruptured and was leaking through the living room ceiling. A number of people in the neighborhood highly recommended MiselBerger. We called and could not be more pleased with the work and the final results of this major restoration. Mike arrived and assured us that he has dealt with this issue before and recommended the correct fix for the problem. He gave us a very fair quote and everyone who worked on the project was professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely seemed concerned with our customer satisfaction. Based on our experience, I wish I could draw in a sixth star, they earned it.

It was an emergency on a Saturday, and the hot water heater went out. They could not have provided faster or better service, and I had a replacement within hours. They were so courteous, understanding and professional. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous. My issue was not resolved due to the manufacturer part. However, Chris will be back when we get the correct parts. I will definitely be using MiselBerger in the future.

I had MiselBerger Inc come out to repair some pipes and service a boiler. Jesse is the best! He is friendly, punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. He talks you through everything and makes sure that you are on the same page before and after the work was done. 100% would recommend Miselberger Inc and Jesse.
