They are honest, and never upsell anything you don't need. Steve is a fantastic guy that has earned our loyalty again and again. Our service guy, Mike, is always punctual, and if he's ever running behind, he will call us, even if he's 15 minutes late. I highly recommend TES to anyone who needs extermination services!

TES came out to do my new home inspection. Steve was extremely professional and thorough while completing the task. He gave me a detailed report at the end and explained to me how to take care of any issues that were brought to light. He was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend TES to anyone who is looking for a cost effective and friendly service. The fact that they donate a percent of their profits to local causes is the cherry on top.

We love this local business. Instead of going with a big national chain we opted for a local exterminator with decades of experience as we like supporting our local economy. We have used TEC for termite inspections of our large old historic townhouse for mortgage purposes. We also needed their expertise a few years ago to rid our home of an awful bedbug infestation. After a couple treatments they completely decimated these nasty annoying little critters. Fairly priced, excellent customer service and very personable team. Hopefully we won't need them again in the future but if we do I know we're in great hands with TEC.
