I couldn’t be happier with this company! They are definitely our new HVAC company from here on out. Our AC went out last week. We’ve seen this exact scenario before, so I was 90% sure we just needed a replacement capacitor. They showed up on time, confirmed my suspicions, and got us up and running quickly. We know our system is old, but they didn’t try (as other companies have done in the past) to sell us on upgrading it and because of that when we do upgrade in the future we will give 100% of that business to them. They arrived later in the day for me (during scheduled timeframe), filled my oil tank and left. No issues. Didn't even have to go outside. Everything was contactless and the receptionist on the phone the day prior was able to set everything up for me right away and I got my service the next day.

They do my yearly cleaning of my furnace. Also I was working around my oil tank last week and hit a line that started leaking oil. I called them on a Sunday morning and to tell them I screwed up! They sent out a technician (joe) no questions asked to get me up and running again.

Had Elite install a complete HVAC system in my parents home. Very professional job. Done in about a week with new AC and furnace and all venting. Highly recommend Bruce and his staff. Thank you.
