I truly hate leaving bad reviews but as a local realtor I like to always give my honest opinion. I’ve used tons of companies to do multiple quotes for properties & never got charged. This company would not let me make the appointment because I was not the home owner or listing agent, I was the buyers agent. Finally the listing agent or seller made the appointment & this company charged me over $100 to come to a property, watch a sewer scope video that the inspector gave us from the inspection that was done, stood in driveway for 5 mins & then left. They took a week to even get me an estimate & then freaki my charged me. I could have emailed the video to them like I did for 3 other companies & received free quotes. But no they said they had to come to the property. On top of it the property

B&B is a quality plumbing company that has always served me well. They are responsive and have helped me with both a remodel we did (they redid the plumbing in my bathroom) and with a stoppage we had. Highly recommended company in Pinellas County and Clearwater

Great experience! Made the appointment for same day service and Elvin arrived on time and quickly resolved the leak issue and cleared my drain line. Great price and a I totally recommend B&B. I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs.

They set up appointment and never showed up on required time. After few calls customer representative lied that technician is on the way. I took my time off from work to be on time and place and nobody showed up. They still charge me for $49 for visit charge from previous day. Will never call those guys. Very unprofessional. I am editing this review to respond to reply from B&B. My complaint isn't for fee you charged me for Mike's visit in Monday but for Wednesday appointment that was from 10am to 12. Nobody showed up on appointment time. After call to customer service answer was " technician is behind time because he is stuck on job but will be on the way shortly". Received an AC quote last week from a local shop that seemed exceptionally high. Wanted a second opinion. A friend referred us to Rocco with B&B Professional Plumbing & Air. Rocco came out today and quoted us a much more reasonable price for the AC work. He was friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Thank you, Rocco, for servicing us!
