A master bathroom remodel performed in 2019 is leaking due to poor workmanship and not adhering to proper construction standards. The roto rooter team, my insurance field agent, as well as 3rd party contractors have verified that the workmanship was defective and the source of damage that occurred to the bedroom and kitchen ceiling was indeed the master bathroom, specifically improper mortar, sealing and tiles. Brian states that the “caulking and sealing needed to be done once a year,” but that is not up a proper construction standards in the opinion of other professionals I have had look at the issue. Now I have to hire another contractor to redo the entire bathroom, which is going to cost me over $10k and had to pay $4000 in water mitigation stemming from this company’s unorthodox constr
