After seeing their work at a neighbor's home we went with Beach Bear to replace a failing deck. We were pleased with all phases, from competitive bid, knowledge of what we wanted, to methodical progress, and the clean up after. Very easy to work with and communication was great. We recently had Beach Bear Property Services give us a bid to replace the siding on the south side of our house and new trim around the windows. Out of the several bids , their's was the best. They were able to start the job in a reasonable amount of time. Once the job got started, we were all in for a rude surprise. Under the siding they discovered a considerable amount of wood rot. Our crew, Josh and David, showed us the damage and explained it was too severe to attach the new siding. We would now have to have the damage repaired on a Time & Materials rate.
