Bobby and his apprentice were fantastic! I called Fri afternoon & they came out Mon morning. They showed up early and did a lot more than expected. Bobby explained everything and made sure I was good before making the repairs. I had a leaking faucet valve and a surprise hot water valve that needed replaced. They also replaced two other supply line valve knobs and a garbage disposal, plumbed the kitchen sink and two bathroom sinks. Way more than the original ask! Bobby even came back to fix faulty drain assemblies with better gaskets. And the bill was very reasonable. 10/10

Belks did the pex conversion to our house before we took possession No issues at all! They came and cleared a grease clog. No issues since. Belks came to install a new frost free faucet for us a couple months ago. While in the crawlspace, Chris discover our shower drain had come disconnected, sludge all over the crawlspace. Who knows how long we might have gone without this discovery. This led to a insurance claim with our entire bathroom being torn out due to water damage. 💧 Now, after a brutal battle with Allstate, our bathroom is nearing completion. Who do you think I called to reconnect all the plumbing? BELKS PLUMBING! And I was lucky enough to get Chris again! Strongly recommend! You will be in "good hands"!

Belks is one of those companies who have integrity, actually care, and try to help as much as they possibly can. I've had them come out to my tenant occupied rental property to work on a commode clog. This same issue happened again (not due to house plumbing) but were unable to come out right away. They talked on the phone with me at length for what the problem could be, (they remembered earlier calls and knew history of what was going on) and then actually recommended another company who could come out same day. Jim (who I was talking with) even called the other company to fill him in prior to my call. He was knowledgeable, extremely supportive, and just downright awesome. I never felt they were trying to hurry up and get off the phone, but did feel listened to, cared about and sol

My hot water heater quit working. They came out right away. They didn't have the parts in the van, so they went back to the shop and came back quickly. They fixed it in stormy wet windy weather. They fixed it quickly and the first time. Afterward I was charged a very reasonable price. Thanks guys, I appreciate the service!

Had an emergency leak last night. Called 4 stores, Belks was the only one that responded. Not only that but he, Bobby, was here within about an hour and a half. Did a great job, got right to work, and I was very happy with the overall experience. Will definitely use again when needed.
