This company showed up within an hour of our call for an appointment. They got right to work and started work immediately! They showed up as promised a week later! Their costs where reasonable and they were friendly and professional!

Even though we were away from home Cody called us with his findings of rats (now dead rats) under our home. Since we were away due to an emergency it was reassuring to know Eradipest still showed up as scheduled and followed through with keeping us informed. Many thanks

Great experience with the techs. They were very thorough and communicative. Super friendly. Had them come out for an evaluation of our different problems with rodents and ants. The one really annoying thing is that the technicians don’t know when they will be at your house until the morning of the treatment and they don’t even know specific days. Tried to request that they come during specific date and time windows since my wife and I both work and go to school so that we can let them into the house and be present during the treatment but are told that’s not possible and that the techs don’t know until the day of where they will be that day. Would be 5+ stars if we could schedule our maintenance treatments in advance.

Cody and another worker did an outstanding and very professional job inspecting our Attic and Crawl Space for suspected Carpenter ants. Great communication and very thorough. Highly recommend this company!

Cody did an awesome job of inspecting and explaining what he found. Also went through all our options for treatments available with no pressure. Appreciated his mentorship of new employee he had with him as well 😊
