I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Beach Electric, specifically with the lack of professionalism shown by owner Randy Beach. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. It was difficult to get clear responses, and there was no proactive follow-up regarding my scheduled appointment. The most frustrating part was that I drove an hour for the appointment, only for Randy Beach to completely no-show. There was no phone call, text, or email to cancel or reschedule — just silence. Even more concerning was the lack of accountability afterward. I did not receive any follow-up or explanation. When a business owner fails to show up without notice and makes no effort to make it right, it demonstrates a serious disregard for a customer’s time and trust. I understand

Randy and his team are awesome. Fair pricing, quick service, and a polite and professional crew. We’ve used Beach Electric for a new breaker panel and meter, wiring a hot tub, and miscellaneous electrical work. Definitely recommend Randy & everyone at Beach Electric!

We've used Beach Electric for several projects over the past year and they have been great; professional, responsive, & accommodating. Nick did a great job on our ceiling fans. He made a point to discuss our set-up preferences. Will definitely use them again for our next project.

Beach electric in new Symnra beach provide excellent service. Randy was excellent in responding and especially providing quick responses. Nick and his tech were on time professional and did an outstanding job installing my exhaust fan even though it was a little challenging. I have used beach electric in the past and received the same outstanding service !

This is the second time we have used Beach Electric, and we are very satisfied with their work. Brandon and Nate were on time, efficient, polite, and did excellent work. Randy Beach has a great team!
